Responsibilities

  • Process semi-monthly payroll
  • Manage HRIS data accuracy and security
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding
  • Process contractor agreements
  • Serve as first point of contact for employee inquiries
  • Support compliance audits and policy rollouts
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement

Mandatory Requirements

  • 2-4 years in payroll or HR operations
  • Experience with HRIS/payroll platforms
  • Knowledge of payroll tax compliance and wage/hour laws
