Responsibilities
- Process semi-monthly payroll
- Manage HRIS data accuracy and security
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding
- Process contractor agreements
- Serve as first point of contact for employee inquiries
- Support compliance audits and policy rollouts
- Identify opportunities for process improvement
Mandatory Requirements
- 2-4 years in payroll or HR operations
- Experience with HRIS/payroll platforms
- Knowledge of payroll tax compliance and wage/hour laws
