Responsibilities
- Manage employee lifecycle processes
- Maintain and update HRIS system
- Support benefits administration and leave management
- Ensure compliance and maintain personnel files
- Coordinate HR programs and team off-sites
- Manage complex calendars and meeting schedules for the CEO
- Handle travel arrangements and expense reports
Mandatory Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in HR operations or executive assistance
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Strong understanding of HR processes
- Advanced proficiency in Google Suite
- Experience with HRIS and collaboration tools
Preferred Requirements
- Experience with Rippling
- Experience with Slack and Zoom
