Responsibilities

  • Manage employee lifecycle processes
  • Maintain and update HRIS system
  • Support benefits administration and leave management
  • Ensure compliance and maintain personnel files
  • Coordinate HR programs and team off-sites
  • Manage complex calendars and meeting schedules for the CEO
  • Handle travel arrangements and expense reports

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in HR operations or executive assistance
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Strong understanding of HR processes
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Suite
  • Experience with HRIS and collaboration tools

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Rippling
  • Experience with Slack and Zoom
