Mandatory Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in an HRBP role
  • Familiarity with data security or tech industry
  • Knowledge of HR Compliance, Employment Laws, and HR Best practices
  • Experience working in a global environment
  • Proficiency in HR technology

Preferred Requirements

  • Start-up experience
  • Familiarity with HR Compliance & Laws in EMEA and Canada
  • Basic understanding of data privacy principles
