Mandatory Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in an HRBP role
- Familiarity with data security or tech industry
- Knowledge of HR Compliance, Employment Laws, and HR Best practices
- Experience working in a global environment
- Proficiency in HR technology
Preferred Requirements
- Start-up experience
- Familiarity with HR Compliance & Laws in EMEA and Canada
- Basic understanding of data privacy principles
