Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed project plans including timelines and milestones
  • Manage implementation of cross-functional HR projects
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage risk and develop mitigation strategies
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements
  • Partner with SMEs for change management and communication
  • Coach and mentor project teams
  • Act as a communication bridge between business leaders and developers

Mandatory Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, HR, IT, or related field
  • 5 years of experience as a project manager
  • 1-2 years' experience managing and leading HR & HR Technology projects
  • PMP Certification (preferred)
  • Hands-on experience managing projects for ERP and/or HR systems implementation

Preferred Requirements

  • Knowledge of different project management software such as Smartsheet, MS Visio, and MS Teams
