Responsibilities
- Develop detailed project plans including timelines and milestones
- Manage implementation of cross-functional HR projects
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Manage risk and develop mitigation strategies
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Identify opportunities for process improvements
- Partner with SMEs for change management and communication
- Coach and mentor project teams
- Act as a communication bridge between business leaders and developers
Mandatory Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, HR, IT, or related field
- 5 years of experience as a project manager
- 1-2 years' experience managing and leading HR & HR Technology projects
- PMP Certification (preferred)
- Hands-on experience managing projects for ERP and/or HR systems implementation
Preferred Requirements
- Knowledge of different project management software such as Smartsheet, MS Visio, and MS Teams
