Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed project plans including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
  • Lead the implementation of cross-functional HR projects
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements
  • Ensure change management best practices are embedded into projects
  • Serve as a communication bridge between business leaders and developers

Mandatory Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, HR, IT, or related field
  • 5 years of experience as a project manager
  • 1-2 years' experience managing and leading HR & HR Technology projects

Preferred Requirements

  • PMP Certification
  • Hands-on experience managing projects for ERP and/or HR systems implementation
  • Knowledge of project management software such as Smartsheet, MS Visio, MS Teams
