Responsibilities
- Develop detailed project plans including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
- Lead the implementation of cross-functional HR projects
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Identify opportunities for process improvements
- Ensure change management best practices are embedded into projects
- Serve as a communication bridge between business leaders and developers
Mandatory Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, HR, IT, or related field
- 5 years of experience as a project manager
- 1-2 years' experience managing and leading HR & HR Technology projects
Preferred Requirements
- PMP Certification
- Hands-on experience managing projects for ERP and/or HR systems implementation
- Knowledge of project management software such as Smartsheet, MS Visio, MS Teams
