Compensation Analyst

Responsibilities

• Participate in the administration and delivery of compensation programs
• Conduct job evaluations and market pricing
• Respond to compensation inquiries
• Support the development of salary increase proposals
• Assist with research and analysis of compensation programs
• Ensure compensation practices comply with regulations
• Conduct market research and benchmarking
• Provide support in salary planning and incentive programs
• Approve job/compensation-related actions in Workday
• Prepare compensation reporting and analyses
• Assist and support compensation-related projects

Mandatory Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field
• 3-5 years of relevant HR, Finance, or analytical experience in lieu of degree
• Strong analytical skills
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (e.g. VLOOKUP, pivot tables, basic formulas)

Preferred Requirements

• Experience with HRIS Systems, ideally Workday
• Exposure to job analysis and job evaluation
