Tremco Construction Products Group manufactures sealants, waterproofing membranes, and more. It operates manufacturing, distribution, and R&D sites across North America.

Responsibilities

  • Achieves or exceeds assigned sales goals and expectations
  • Develops and manages accounts to establish business opportunities
  • Drives product specifications and project opportunities
  • Prepares and delivers strategic business/territory plans for each customer
  • Follows standard sales process to identify prospects and close deals
  • Develops and delivers technical collateral and business correspondence
  • Collaborates with senior staff for product knowledge training
  • Leverages technology for lead generation and sales tracking
  • Maintains extensive product knowledge in all lines and service offerings
  • Attends and presents at industry conventions and trade shows

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, or Construction Management
  • 2-3 years of construction or industry experience
  • 4 to 10 years of related experience in the construction industry
  • 2 years of customer service experience
  • Construction knowledge (waterproofing, air barriers, framing, modular)
  • Basic knowledge of product chemistries
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to travel extensively within assigned territory

Preferred Skills

  • Salesforce.com or other CRM software experience
  • Insulated Concrete Forms knowledge/experience
