Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire sales process
- Establish and maintain relationships with partners and customers
- Participate in trade shows and customer events
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor actions
- Contribute to building a pipeline of business opportunities
- Develop and maintain product knowledge
- Address customer concerns or complaints
- Travel up to 50% of the time
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
- 2 years of relevant sales, business development, or military operations experience; OR 6 years with High School Diploma/GED
- Demonstrated leadership and management experience
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Self-starter with strong sense of ownership
- Must have clearance at SECRET level or ability to obtain it
- U.S. Citizenship
Preferred Skills
- Understanding of DHS procurement and related services
- Strong technical acumen in tactical communications
- Sales experience with MANET and/or radio solutions
- Experience with resellers and distributors
- Familiarity with CRADA formulation and execution
