Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire sales process
  • Establish and maintain relationships with partners and customers
  • Participate in trade shows and customer events
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor actions
  • Contribute to building a pipeline of business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge
  • Address customer concerns or complaints
  • Travel up to 50% of the time

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
  • 2 years of relevant sales, business development, or military operations experience; OR 6 years with High School Diploma/GED
  • Demonstrated leadership and management experience
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Self-starter with strong sense of ownership
  • Must have clearance at SECRET level or ability to obtain it
  • U.S. Citizenship

Preferred Skills

  • Understanding of DHS procurement and related services
  • Strong technical acumen in tactical communications
  • Sales experience with MANET and/or radio solutions
  • Experience with resellers and distributors
  • Familiarity with CRADA formulation and execution
