Responsibilities

  • Achieves or exceeds assigned sales goals
  • Developing new account opportunities
  • Managing assigned accounts
  • Driving product specifications
  • Preparing strategic business/territory plans
  • Following standard sales process
  • Developing technical collateral and presentations
  • Coordinating product knowledge training sessions
  • Utilizing technology for productivity
  • Collaborating with internal support resources
  • Attending industry conventions and trade shows
  • Maintaining extensive product knowledge
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Construction Management or 2-3 years of construction industry experience
  • Four to ten years of related experience in the construction industry
  • Two years of customer service experience
  • Construction knowledge (e.g., waterproofing, air barriers)
  • Basic knowledge of product chemistries

Preferred Skills

  • Salesforce.com or other CRM software experience
  • Insulated Concrete Forms knowledge/experience
