Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound lead flow
  • Conduct discovery conversations in target accounts
  • Meet or exceed Sales Accepted Opportunity (SAO) volume targets
  • Collaborate with teammates to develop targeted lists and messaging
  • Research accounts and identify key players
  • Engage with leads using various communication channels
  • Manage and report on activities using Salesforce
  • Document processes in the GitLab handbook
  • Mentor new SDR hires

Required Skills

  • Fluency in French
  • Proficient in using Salesforce
  • Positive and energetic phone skills
  • Excellent listening skills
  • Strong writing skills
  • Knowledge of business process, roles, and organizational structure

  • Previous tech industry experience
