Responsibilities
- Manage inbound lead flow
- Conduct discovery conversations in target accounts
- Meet or exceed Sales Accepted Opportunity (SAO) volume targets
- Collaborate with teammates to develop targeted lists and messaging
- Research accounts and identify key players
- Engage with leads using various communication channels
- Manage and report on activities using Salesforce
- Document processes in the GitLab handbook
- Mentor new SDR hires
Required Skills
- Fluency in French
- Proficient in using Salesforce
- Positive and energetic phone skills
- Excellent listening skills
- Strong writing skills
- Knowledge of business process, roles, and organizational structure

- Previous tech industry experience
- Experience in sales development, marketing, and/or sales
