Responsibilities
- Articulate the overall Datadog value proposition to customers
- Own technical engagement with customers during the trial phase
- Technically close complex opportunities
- Deliver product and technical briefings/presentations
- Maintain accurate notes and feedback in CRM
- Engage and communicate with customers and internal teams regarding product feedback
Required Skills
- 3+ years in a Sales Engineering or DevOps Engineering role
- Programming/scripting experience in Java, Python, Ruby, Go, Node.JS, PHP, .NET
- Strong written and oral communication skills
