Responsibilities

  • Achieve assigned sales goals and expectations
  • Develop and manage key accounts
  • Drive product specifications and project opportunities
  • Leverage industry knowledge for customer relationships
  • Prepare strategic business/territory plans
  • Follow standard sales processes
  • Manage day-to-day contact with clients
  • Deliver technical collateral and presentations
  • Coordinate product knowledge training sessions
  • Collaborate with internal support resources
  • Present products at industry conventions and trade shows
  • Maintain extensive product knowledge
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, Construction Management or equivalent experience
  • 2-3 years of construction or industry experience
  • 4 to 10 years of related experience in the construction industry
  • 2 years of customer service experience
  • Construction knowledge (waterproofing, air barriers, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of product chemistries
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to travel extensively within assigned territory

Preferred Skills

  • Salesforce.com or other CRM software experience
  • Insulated Concrete Forms knowledge/experience
