Responsibilities

  • Implement and support learning technologies (e.g., Workday Learning)
  • Create and recommend Workday Learning campaigns
  • Partner on learning deployment strategies
  • Provide end-user support for learning-related processes
  • Coordinate with HRIS for escalations
  • Support adoption and communication efforts of learning initiatives
  • Facilitate talent and learning processes
  • Deliver key metrics and reports
  • Perform functions within Workday Learning
  • Assist with Workday Learning requests
  • Support administration of work utilizing third-party systems

Mandatory Requirements

  • Workday Learning experience
  • 2+ years in HR

Preferred Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related area
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth company
