Responsibilities
- Implement and support learning technologies (e.g., Workday Learning)
- Create and recommend Workday Learning campaigns
- Partner on learning deployment strategies
- Provide end-user support for learning-related processes
- Coordinate with HRIS for escalations
- Support adoption and communication efforts of learning initiatives
- Facilitate talent and learning processes
- Deliver key metrics and reports
- Perform functions within Workday Learning
- Assist with Workday Learning requests
- Support administration of work utilizing third-party systems
Mandatory Requirements
- Workday Learning experience
- 2+ years in HR
Preferred Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related area
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth company
