Responsibilities
- Achieves or exceeds assigned sales goals
- Works with existing accounts and develops new account opportunities
- Manages assigned accounts and establishes business development opportunities
- Drives product specifications and project opportunities
- Prepares and delivers strategic business/territory plans
- Follows the standard sales process to identify prospects
- Manages day-to-day contact with clients
- Develops and delivers technical collateral and presentations
- Collaborates for product knowledge training sessions
- Utilizes technology for productivity and account maintenance
- Attends and presents at industry conventions and trade shows
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, or Construction Management
- 2-3 years of construction or industry experience OR
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED with 5 years of construction or industry experience
- Two to four years related experience and/or training
- Construction knowledge (waterproofing, air barriers, framing, modular)
- Basic knowledge of product chemistries
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Salesforce.com or other CRM software experience
