About the Company
Tremco Sealants manufactures sealants, air barriers, waterproofing membranes, and more for new construction and restoration.
Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales goals and expectations
- Work with existing accounts and develop new account opportunities
- Manage assigned accounts for business development
- Drive product specifications and project opportunities
- Develop trusted partnerships with customers
- Prepare and deliver strategic business/territory plans
- Follow the standard sales process to identify prospects
- Manage day-to-day contact and address issues professionally
- Develop and deliver technical sales collateral
- Coordinate product knowledge training sessions
- Leverage technology for productivity and sales tracking
- Collaborate with internal resources for teamwork
- Attend and present at industry conventions and trade shows
- Maintain extensive product knowledge
- Adhere to and enforce company policies
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Construction Management or
- High School Diploma or GED with 5 years of construction or industry experience
- 2-4 years related experience or training
- Construction knowledge (waterproofing, air barriers, framing, modular)
- Basic knowledge of product chemistries
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Salesforce.com or other CRM software experience
