About the Company

Tremco Sealants manufactures sealants, air barriers, waterproofing membranes, and more for new construction and restoration.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve or exceed assigned sales goals and expectations
  • Work with existing accounts and develop new account opportunities
  • Manage assigned accounts for business development
  • Drive product specifications and project opportunities
  • Develop trusted partnerships with customers
  • Prepare and deliver strategic business/territory plans
  • Follow the standard sales process to identify prospects
  • Manage day-to-day contact and address issues professionally
  • Develop and deliver technical sales collateral
  • Coordinate product knowledge training sessions
  • Leverage technology for productivity and sales tracking
  • Collaborate with internal resources for teamwork
  • Attend and present at industry conventions and trade shows
  • Maintain extensive product knowledge
  • Adhere to and enforce company policies

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Construction Management or
  • High School Diploma or GED with 5 years of construction or industry experience
  • 2-4 years related experience or training
  • Construction knowledge (waterproofing, air barriers, framing, modular)
  • Basic knowledge of product chemistries
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred Skills

  • Salesforce.com or other CRM software experience
