About the Company

Tremco Sealants manufactures sealants, air barriers, waterproofing membranes, traffic coatings, and more for new construction and restoration.

Responsibilities

  • Achieves or exceeds assigned sales goals and expectations
  • Works with existing accounts while seeking new opportunities
  • Manages assigned accounts to establish business development opportunities
  • Drives product specifications and project opportunities
  • Develops trusted partnerships with customers
  • Prepares and delivers strategic business/territory plans
  • Follows the standard sales process
  • Manages day-to-day contact with accounts
  • Develops and delivers technical collateral and presentations
  • Collaborates with senior staff for training sessions
  • Attends and presents at industry conventions and trade shows
  • Maintains extensive product knowledge
  • Adheres to company policies and procedures
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Construction Management or
  • 2-3 years of construction or industry experience or
  • Minimum High School Diploma or GED with 5 years of construction or industry experience
  • Two to four years related experience and/or training
  • Construction knowledge (i.e., waterproofing, air barriers, framing, modular, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of product chemistries
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred Skills

  • Salesforce.com or other CRM software experience
