About the Company

Tremco Sealants manufactures sealants, air barriers, waterproofing membranes, and accessories for construction and restoration.

Responsibilities

  • Achieves or exceeds assigned sales goals and expectations
  • Works with existing accounts while developing new account opportunities
  • Manages assigned accounts for business development
  • Drives product specifications and project opportunities
  • Develops trusted partnerships and advisory relationships with customers
  • Prepares and delivers strategic business/territory plans
  • Follows the standard sales process for identifying prospects
  • Manages day-to-day contact with clients
  • Develops and delivers technical collateral and presentations
  • Coordinates product knowledge training sessions
  • Utilizes technology for productivity and tracking
  • Collaborates with internal support resources
  • Presents at industry conventions and trade shows
  • Maintains extensive product knowledge
  • Adheres to company policies and operational procedures

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Construction Management or equivalent experience
  • 2-3 years of construction or industry experience
  • Construction knowledge (i.e., waterproofing, air barriers, framing, modular, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of product chemistries
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred Skills

  • Salesforce.com or other CRM software experience
