Responsibilities

  • Achieves or exceeds assigned sales goals
  • Works with existing accounts and develops new opportunities
  • Manages assigned accounts and establishes business development opportunities
  • Drives product specifications and project opportunities
  • Prepares and delivers strategic business plans and monthly forecasts
  • Follows standard sales process for identifying prospects and closing deals
  • Manages day-to-day contact with customers
  • Develops and delivers technical collateral and presentations
  • Coordinates product knowledge training sessions
  • Leverages technology for productivity and lead generation
  • Attends and presents at industry conventions and trade shows
  • Maintains extensive product knowledge
  • Adheres to company policies and operational procedures

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, or Construction Management
  • 2-3 years of construction or industry experience
  • 2-4 years related experience
  • Construction knowledge (waterproofing, air barriers, framing, modular)
  • Basic knowledge of product chemistries
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Salesforce.com or CRM software experience
