Responsibilities
- Developing new business opportunities within territory
- Building a sustainable pipeline of qualified prospects
- Delivering customized proposals aligned with client goals
- Meeting and exceeding established revenue targets
- Identifying cross-sell opportunities across print and related solutions
- Staying informed on industry trends and competitive activity
Required Skills
- B2B or outside sales experience
- Ability to generate new business and close deals
- Strong communication skills
- Presentation skills
- Negotiation skills
- Self-discipline
- Residency within ND, SD, MN, or WI
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory (25–35%)
- Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
Preferred Skills
- Experience selling commercial printing
- Experience selling marketing services or related solutions
- Existing network of Midwest marketing, agency, or procurement contacts
- Familiarity with variable data printing
- Familiarity with cross-media campaigns
- Familiarity with web-to-print solutions
- Understanding of offset printing processes
- Understanding of digital printing processes
- Understanding of large-format printing processes
