Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of Human Resources
- Work with payroll providers for smooth payroll processing
- Collect and provide payroll inputs for Americas countries
- Develop knowledge of local country guidelines
- Provide payroll and benefits reporting
- Respond to employee queries regarding pay and benefits
- Assist with benefits enrollment
- Manage benefits administration and billing
- Enter and maintain employee lifecycle changes in the HR System
- Build and provide regular and ad hoc reporting
- Support new joiner onboarding and orientation training
- Assist with HR compliance projects
Mandatory Requirements
- At least two years experience in Payroll and/or HR Administration
- Strong Excel skills, particularly for reconciliation and analysis
- Knowledge of HR and payroll laws and best practices
- Knowledge of HR systems, preferably Workday
- Professional verbal and written communication skills in business English
- Excellent organizational skills
