Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales goals
- Manage existing accounts and develop new account opportunities
- Establish business development opportunities through account penetration
- Drive product specifications and project opportunities
- Develop trusted partnerships and advisory relationships with customers
- Prepare and deliver strategic business/territory plans
- Follow the standard sales process
- Manage day-to-day contact with customers
- Develop and deliver technical digital collateral and presentations
- Coordinate product knowledge training sessions
- Leverage technology for productivity and sales tracking
- Collaborate with internal support resources
- Attend and present at industry conventions and trade shows
- Maintain extensive product knowledge
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Construction Management or equivalent experience
- 2-3 years of construction or industry experience
- Two to four years related experience
- Construction knowledge (waterproofing, air barriers, framing, modular)
- Basic knowledge of product chemistries
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
