Responsibilities
- Engages with major P&C Carriers
- Identifies alignment between Duck Creek’s solutions and customer’s business drivers
- Manages all aspects of sales cycles within assigned accounts
- Teaches customers new solutions
- Acts as team lead and coaches Sales Directors
- Responsible for winning new top tier business
- Creates formal networks with key decision makers
- Builds relationships with key influencers
- Develops and executes prospecting strategies
- Secures and leads meetings with business leaders
- Maintains accurate information in SalesForce.com
- Develops strategies for securing new accounts
Required Skills
- 5+ years of business experience in large enterprise Sales navigating complex business software / IT solutions
- 5+ years of deep insurance industry/domain expertise
- Expert level in managing large deal pursuit teams
- Deep knowledge of the complete Duck Creek offering
- Strong experience with long term planning of resources, technology and account structure
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to manage / leverage external partner ecosystems
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word

- Expertise in consultative and solution selling process
- Ability to understand & interpret carrier strategy
- Ability to guide and mentor Sales Directors
