Responsibilities

  • Engages with major P&C Carriers
  • Identifies alignment between Duck Creek’s solutions and customer’s business drivers
  • Manages all aspects of sales cycles within assigned accounts
  • Teaches customers new solutions
  • Acts as team lead and coaches Sales Directors
  • Responsible for winning new top tier business
  • Creates formal networks with key decision makers
  • Builds relationships with key influencers
  • Develops and executes prospecting strategies
  • Secures and leads meetings with business leaders
  • Maintains accurate information in SalesForce.com
  • Develops strategies for securing new accounts

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of business experience in large enterprise Sales navigating complex business software / IT solutions
  • 5+ years of deep insurance industry/domain expertise
  • Expert level in managing large deal pursuit teams
  • Deep knowledge of the complete Duck Creek offering
  • Strong experience with long term planning of resources, technology and account structure
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to manage / leverage external partner ecosystems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word

Preferred Skills

  • Expertise in consultative and solution selling process
  • Ability to understand & interpret carrier strategy
  • Ability to guide and mentor Sales Directors
