Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth and support account strategy
- Deliver technical solutions across the Central US and Canada
- Partner closely with Account Managers and cross-functional internal teams
- Identify opportunities and position differentiated solutions
- Support the full sales process
- Represent the portfolio of scientific instruments and solutions
- Understand customer needs and deliver impactful, application-driven solutions
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry, Environmental Science, Food Science, or related scientific discipline
- 5+ years' experience with analytical instruments
- Understanding of analytical workflows and applications relevant to the EFS market
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- Strong collaboration, organizational, and time-management skills
- Willingness and ability to travel within the assigned territory
- Experience delivering technical demonstrations and training
Preferred Skills
- Previous experience in technical sales, applications, service, or customer-facing technical roles
