Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to sales team
- Support invoicing and resolve billing issues
- Assist with QA and compliance checks
- Collect and prepare commercial and financial information
- Represent the sales team at internal meetings
- Support effective use of Salesforce
- Run reports to identify data issues
- Assist with regular sales and account reporting
- Maintain organised records of documentation
- Act as a bridge between Sales, Finance, and Delivery
- Support scheduling of internal and customer meetings
- Document and improve sales administration processes
Required Skills
- Experience in sales administration or commercial support role
- Comfortable working with sales data and reports
- Strong attention to detail
- Confident communicator
- Good working knowledge of Excel
Preferred Skills
- Salesforce or similar CRM experience
- Experience in professional services, technology, or cyber security environments
- Exposure to invoicing, renewals, or finance-related processes
- Experience supporting senior stakeholders or account teams
