Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support to sales team
  • Support invoicing and resolve billing issues
  • Assist with QA and compliance checks
  • Collect and prepare commercial and financial information
  • Represent the sales team at internal meetings
  • Support effective use of Salesforce
  • Run reports to identify data issues
  • Assist with regular sales and account reporting
  • Maintain organised records of documentation
  • Act as a bridge between Sales, Finance, and Delivery
  • Support scheduling of internal and customer meetings
  • Document and improve sales administration processes

Required Skills

  • Experience in sales administration or commercial support role
  • Comfortable working with sales data and reports
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Confident communicator
  • Good working knowledge of Excel

Preferred Skills

  • Salesforce or similar CRM experience
  • Experience in professional services, technology, or cyber security environments
  • Exposure to invoicing, renewals, or finance-related processes
  • Experience supporting senior stakeholders or account teams
