Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of employee contacts
  • Receive and resolve inquiries via phone, chat, and email
  • Resolve inquiries using available documentation
  • Build customer trust through empathetic conversations
  • Respond to employee-impacting issues during leave events
  • Use judgment and rationale to balance processes with employee needs
  • Consult and collaborate with partner teams on process changes

Mandatory Requirements

  • 3+ years of recent customer support experience
  • HR knowledge and experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to show and demonstrate empathy
  • Proficiency in computers
  • Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information
  • Detail-oriented
  • Ability to analyze and problem-solve

Preferred Requirements

  • Experience dealing with customers
  • Proven ability to adjust to constantly changing workloads
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
