Responsibilities
- Understand partner technical requirements
- Conduct technical assessments of partner products
- Document partner use cases, workflows, and integration requirements
- Identify integration opportunities
- Develop integration solutions with partner technologies
- Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams
- Empower sales teams with knowledge for supporting integrated solutions
- Create and maintain technical documentation and enablement materials
Required Skills
- 5 years in a technical role within enterprise software, cloud, or related technology field
- 2 years focused on technology partnerships, alliances, or solutions architecture
- Deep understanding of data observability, log management, security analytics
- Completion of the Cribl User course on Cribl University
- Working knowledge of major cloud providers (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Proven ability to design, develop, and validate technical integrations
- Experience with API integration, scripting (e.g., Python, Go), and source control (e.g., Git)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Skills
- Completion of advanced Cribl University courses
- Certifications from major cloud providers (e.g., AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner)
- CISSP, Solutions Architect credentials
- Experience presenting technical topics at industry conferences
- Direct involvement in developing technical training materials
