Responsibilities

  • Understand partner technical requirements
  • Conduct technical assessments of partner products
  • Document partner use cases, workflows, and integration requirements
  • Identify integration opportunities
  • Develop integration solutions with partner technologies
  • Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams
  • Empower sales teams with knowledge for supporting integrated solutions
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and enablement materials

Required Skills

  • 5 years in a technical role within enterprise software, cloud, or related technology field
  • 2 years focused on technology partnerships, alliances, or solutions architecture
  • Deep understanding of data observability, log management, security analytics
  • Completion of the Cribl User course on Cribl University
  • Working knowledge of major cloud providers (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Proven ability to design, develop, and validate technical integrations
  • Experience with API integration, scripting (e.g., Python, Go), and source control (e.g., Git)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Skills

  • Completion of advanced Cribl University courses
  • Certifications from major cloud providers (e.g., AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner)
  • CISSP, Solutions Architect credentials
  • Experience presenting technical topics at industry conferences
  • Direct involvement in developing technical training materials
