Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and acquire new partners
- Manage onboarding process for new partners
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing partners
- Monitor performance metrics and ensure achievement of sales targets
- Plan and execute sales initiatives
- Prepare regular sales reports and market feedback
- Observe market trends and analyze competitor activities
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years in a sales-driven role
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Experience in managing field and digital sales channels
- Expertise in the money transfer and remittance sector
- Deep understanding of ethnic communities in Poland
- Fluency in Polish and English
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft 365
Preferred Skills
- Proficiency in additional languages
- Experience driving omnichannel development and adoption
- Understanding of fintech regulatory frameworks
