Responsibilities

  • Develop a pipeline of prospective commercial policy and claims administration customers
  • Consult with prospective customers to understand their needs
  • Leverage industry knowledge during the sales process
  • Prepare price proposals and statements of work
  • Confirm or estimate potential competitors for each opportunity
  • Network with brokers and other members of the risk management and insurance community

Required Skills

  • 7+ years of direct sales experience
  • Selling SaaS and/or RMIS solutions
  • Experience selling policy and/or claims SaaS solutions into P&C insurance carriers
  • Understanding of commercial insurance
  • Familiarity with a highly consultative sales process, such as MEDDPICC

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com CRM
