Responsibilities
- Review customer claims and verify arbitration policies
- Evaluate vehicles for repair extent and authorize opinions
- Advise customers on policies and facilitate resolutions
- Mediate repairs and pricing negotiations
- Resolve after-sale problems
- Maintain confidential files for arbitration cases
- Distribute reports and inform parties
- Inform buyers and sellers on claims processes
Required Skills
- High School diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent
- Experience in the car auction/auto industry
- Leadership skills focused on operations and business processes
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Organized with deadline management
- Excellent administration skills
- Ability to adapt to change
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
