- Assist with policy implementation, compliance checks, and HR reports

Mandatory Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in HR
- Degree or diploma in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong organizational ability
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills

- Familiarity with HR tech platforms
- Familiarity with automation tools
