Technology Sales Development Representative

Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting via cold calling, email sequencing, and LinkedIn engagement
- Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns, trade shows, and the website
- Conduct initial discovery calls to understand prospect’s pain points
- Maintain records in Salesforce ensuring data integrity and forecasting
- Collaborate with field sales team to build quotations and manage projects
- Identify cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base
- Capture competitive intel and common objections for the product team
Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales Development or Lead Generation
- Experience in Inside Sales
- Experience with SaaS or POS hardware (significant plus)
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce)
- Proficiency with prospecting tools (Salesloft/Outreach)
Preferred Skills
- Understanding of technology solutions related to car wash operations
