Responsibilities
- Manage and grow sales within assigned territory
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, distributors, and partners
- Serve as the technical expert during sales presentations
- Tailor solutions to meet customer business needs
- Collaborate with engineering, product management, and customer support teams
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and presentations
- Track and report sales activities, pipeline status, and market trends
- Participate in trade shows and industry events
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in technical sales or sales engineering
- Strong technical aptitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Presentation skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with CRM software
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to travel regularly within assigned territory
