Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow sales within assigned territory
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, distributors, and partners
  • Serve as the technical expert during sales presentations
  • Tailor solutions to meet customer business needs
  • Collaborate with engineering, product management, and customer support teams
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals and presentations
  • Track and report sales activities, pipeline status, and market trends
  • Participate in trade shows and industry events
  • Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in technical sales or sales engineering
  • Strong technical aptitude
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Presentation skills
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with CRM software
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to travel regularly within assigned territory
