Responsibilities
- Research, prioritize, and execute outbound prospecting
- Build and manage target account lists
- Execute account-based prospecting motion
- Run structured first-touch discovery conversations
- Qualify opportunities before passing to Account Executives
- Set high-quality meetings
- Maintain accurate CRM data
- Collaborate with AEs, Marketing, and RevOps
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly goals
Required Skills
- 1+ years of SDR or BDR experience
- Strong understanding of account-based prospecting
- Ability to engage with technical and business buyers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management and organizational discipline
- Experience prospecting into mid-market or enterprise accounts
- Experience using Salesforce, Salesloft, Zoominfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, 6sense or similar tools
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to AI, ML, data platforms, or developer-focused products
