Responsibilities

  • Research, prioritize, and execute outbound prospecting
  • Build and manage target account lists
  • Execute account-based prospecting motion
  • Run structured first-touch discovery conversations
  • Qualify opportunities before passing to Account Executives
  • Set high-quality meetings
  • Maintain accurate CRM data
  • Collaborate with AEs, Marketing, and RevOps
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly goals

Required Skills

  • 1+ years of SDR or BDR experience
  • Strong understanding of account-based prospecting
  • Ability to engage with technical and business buyers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time management and organizational discipline
  • Experience prospecting into mid-market or enterprise accounts
  • Experience using Salesforce, Salesloft, Zoominfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, 6sense or similar tools

Preferred Skills

  • Exposure to AI, ML, data platforms, or developer-focused products
