Responsibilities

  • Drive sales activities focusing on new business acquisition and development of existing customers
  • Build, manage, and expand a customer portfolio
  • Identify new business opportunities
  • Arrange and confirm customer appointments
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers, including Key Account Management
  • Provide professional advice and tailored logistics solutions
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations
  • Keep customers informed about market developments
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
  • Lead tenders and RFQs
  • Monitor and report personal KPIs to the Country Sales Manager
  • Collaborate with internal departments and overseas branches

Required Skills

  • 3-5 years of sales experience in logistics or freight forwarding
  • Bachelor-level thinking and working capacity
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • High proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Pivot Tables, PowerPoint)
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
  • Valid B driving license

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Salesforce and CargoWise
  • Fluent in French
