Responsibilities
- Drive sales activities focusing on new business acquisition and development of existing customers
- Build, manage, and expand a customer portfolio
- Identify new business opportunities
- Arrange and confirm customer appointments
- Maintain relationships with existing customers, including Key Account Management
- Provide professional advice and tailored logistics solutions
- Prepare and follow up on quotations
- Keep customers informed about market developments
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
- Lead tenders and RFQs
- Monitor and report personal KPIs to the Country Sales Manager
- Collaborate with internal departments and overseas branches
Required Skills
- 3-5 years of sales experience in logistics or freight forwarding
- Bachelor-level thinking and working capacity
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- High proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Pivot Tables, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Valid B driving license
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Salesforce and CargoWise
- Fluent in French
