Responsibilities
- Facilitate shelf assortment strategy by category and retailer
- Engage in long-range placement strategies with Marketing and Product Development
- Collaborate with key accounts to develop promotional strategies
- Identify activations that will drive ROI for each brand
- Develop distribution strategies for retail environments
- Analyze product and retail performance to identify improvement actions
- Support sales with in-market visits and customer meetings
- Develop and pressure test mid- and long-term roadmaps with marketing teams
- Communicate placement progress to management
- Liaison between Sales and Finance on assortment portfolios
Required Skills
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in strategic sales
- Advanced Microsoft Excel/Office skills
- Background in retail sales analysis
- Background in promotional strategy
- CPG experience preferred
