Responsibilities

  • Provide support to clients after going live
  • Respond to and resolve customer tickets and queries
  • Assist with best practice system use education
  • Analyze product functionality and test platforms
  • Triage customer support issues
  • Manage Problem Tickets with urgency
  • Collaborate with stakeholders for quick resolutions
  • Proactively contribute feature requests and suggestions

Mandatory Requirements

  • Relevant HR industry experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities
  • Experience with ticketing systems like ZenDesk or Salesforce

Preferred Requirements

  • Experience in a SaaS environment
  • Tertiary degree in Human Resources or relevant qualification
