Responsibilities

  • Own revenue growth end-to-end
  • Scale existing sales motion
  • Lead and grow the sales team
  • Close strategic deals while building scalable systems
  • Design and evolve go-to-market strategy
  • Build playbooks, KPIs, and ensure CRM hygiene
  • Partner with leadership on commercial strategy
  • Turn customer insights into better positioning

Required Skills

  • Scaled B2B SaaS revenue from early traction to ~€10M+
  • Fluent in English and German
  • CRM savvy (HubSpot a plus)
  • Hands-on seller turned sales leader

  • Experience in hyper growth environment
  • Great sales method for multi-stakeholder enterprise deals
