Responsibilities
- Own revenue growth end-to-end
- Scale existing sales motion
- Lead and grow the sales team
- Close strategic deals while building scalable systems
- Design and evolve go-to-market strategy
- Build playbooks, KPIs, and ensure CRM hygiene
- Partner with leadership on commercial strategy
- Turn customer insights into better positioning
Required Skills
- Scaled B2B SaaS revenue from early traction to ~€10M+
- Fluent in English and German
- CRM savvy (HubSpot a plus)
- Hands-on seller turned sales leader

- Experience in hyper growth environment
