Responsibilities

  • Drive in-store revenue growth
  • Strengthen key retail partnerships
  • Ensure operational excellence
  • Lead and develop regional field sales and freelance teams
  • Work with cross-functional partners
  • Serve as primary liaison with Sephora store and regional leadership
  • Coach teams and partner with retailers
  • Maintain brand standards across all doors
  • Oversee in-store execution
  • Analyse store-level data for gaps and opportunities
  • Deliver seamless execution of events and marketing strategies
  • Provide accurate forecasts and actionable field insights

Required Skills

  • Direct experience working with Sephora
  • Experience launching and scaling beauty brands
  • Strong relationships with Sephora leadership
  • Proven experience managing multi-state field teams across the US
  • Understanding of retail KPIs: sell-through, conversion, productivity, inventory
  • Strong people leadership and coaching skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment
