Responsibilities
- Drive in-store revenue growth
- Strengthen key retail partnerships
- Lead regional field sales and freelance teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners
- Serve as liaison with Sephora store leadership
- Deliver regional sales performance and productivity
- Maintain brand standards across retail locations
- Inspire and develop regional field teams
- Oversee in-store execution and coaching
- Embed KPIs to track performance
- Analyze data for continuous improvement
- Execute marketing and retail events
- Provide forecasts and actionable insights
Required Skills
- Experience with Sephora
- Experience launching and scaling beauty brands
- Managing multi-state field teams
- Strong understanding of retail KPIs (sell-through, conversion, productivity, inventory)
- People leadership and coaching skills
- Analytical skills with attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel extensively (50-70%)
