Responsibilities

  • Drive in-store revenue growth
  • Strengthen key retail partnerships
  • Lead regional field sales and freelance teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners
  • Serve as liaison with Sephora store leadership
  • Deliver regional sales performance and productivity
  • Maintain brand standards across retail locations
  • Inspire and develop regional field teams
  • Oversee in-store execution and coaching
  • Embed KPIs to track performance
  • Analyze data for continuous improvement
  • Execute marketing and retail events
  • Provide forecasts and actionable insights

Required Skills

  • Experience with Sephora
  • Experience launching and scaling beauty brands
  • Managing multi-state field teams
  • Strong understanding of retail KPIs (sell-through, conversion, productivity, inventory)
  • People leadership and coaching skills
  • Analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively (50-70%)
