Responsibilities

  • Direct the company’s brand presence across Connecticut and Western MA
  • Plan and implement strategic sales programs and market initiatives
  • Drive in-store presence through active merchandising and display building
  • Lead consumer-facing brand experiences and product tastings
  • Conduct monthly field audits for pricing and compliance
  • Build and maintain trade relationships with key accounts
  • Provide field-level feedback and performance reporting

Required Skills

  • 1-2 years of experience in the Wine and Spirits industry
  • Proven track record of managing multiple account types (On/Off Premise)
  • Trade program implementation experience
  • Field relationship management experience
  • Valid driver’s license

Preferred Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Highly organized
  • Superior time management skills
