Responsibilities
- Direct the company’s brand presence across Connecticut and Western MA
- Plan and implement strategic sales programs and market initiatives
- Drive in-store presence through active merchandising and display building
- Lead consumer-facing brand experiences and product tastings
- Conduct monthly field audits for pricing and compliance
- Build and maintain trade relationships with key accounts
- Provide field-level feedback and performance reporting
Required Skills
- 1-2 years of experience in the Wine and Spirits industry
- Proven track record of managing multiple account types (On/Off Premise)
- Trade program implementation experience
- Field relationship management experience
- Valid driver’s license
Preferred Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Highly organized
- Superior time management skills
