Responsibilities

  • Communicates with customers within the assigned territory to develop rapport
  • Identifies, isolates, and pursues new customer acquisitions
  • Conducts cold-calls for potential leads
  • Prepares and reviews sales reports
  • Creates and maintains a sales plan to meet profit goals
  • Provides feedback to the Regional Sales Manager
  • Recommends changes in products, service, and policy
  • Resolves customer complaints
  • Significant travel required to visit clients
  • Promote a safe workplace
  • Performs other duties as directed

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of Outside Sales Experience
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business and/or Related Field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Proficient in Microsoft CRM Dynamics
