Responsibilities
- Communicates with customers within the assigned territory to develop rapport
- Identifies, isolates, and pursues new customer acquisitions
- Conducts cold-calls for potential leads
- Prepares and reviews sales reports
- Creates and maintains a sales plan to meet profit goals
- Provides feedback to the Regional Sales Manager
- Recommends changes in products, service, and policy
- Resolves customer complaints
- Significant travel required to visit clients
- Promote a safe workplace
- Performs other duties as directed
Required Skills
- 3+ years of Outside Sales Experience
- Valid Driver's License
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business and/or Related Field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Proficient in Microsoft CRM Dynamics

- Knowledge of technical details of the company product
- Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy
