Responsibilities

  • Convey EnergyHub’s platform, services, and program offerings to clients and prospects
  • Conduct client discovery and provide software demos
  • Engage with prospective client decision-makers
  • Become a technical authority on EnergyHub’s software platform
  • Assess customer business requirements and design solutions
  • Work closely with product and marketing teams
  • Facilitate customer feedback for product teams
  • Serve as technical expert during the sales process
  • Support RFP process with relevant content
  • Coordinate post-close handoff to Implementation and Client Success teams
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5-7 years of experience in technical, enterprise software sales, product management, or related fields
  • Energy industry experience preferred
  • Experience with requirements management tools and processes
  • Exceptional communication
  • Project management experience
  • Ability to travel for client visits, prospect demos, industry conferences
