Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential customers, partners, or distributors
- Conduct outbound outreach via email and social media
- Handle early-stage sales conversations
- Track leads and follow-ups using spreadsheets
- Share prospect feedback to improve messaging
- Create short-form content for Instagram and TikTok using AI tools
- Maintain a basic posting cadence and content organization
- Help establish workflows for sales and marketing tracking
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or social media
- Comfortable with outbound sales
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
- Proficiency with Google Workspace
- Comfortable in using time-trackers
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with AI tools for content or copy creation
- Highly creative and resourceful
