Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic regional business plans
  • Recruit, train, and coach a high-performing team
  • Maintain a strong presence in the field for coaching
  • Coordinate and optimize pull through efforts with health system directors
  • Build understanding of NICU workflows and hospital decision-making
  • Establish clear goals and review team performance
  • Collaborate with internal partners on hospital partnerships and clinical education
  • Monitor regional performance metrics and manage budget

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in sales and leadership roles within diagnostics, genomics, or NICU
  • Proven success selling into NICU environments
  • Deep understanding of complex sales cycles, contracting, and reimbursement in the hospital space
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing field teams
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Willingness to travel 40–60%
