Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic regional business plans
- Recruit, train, and coach a high-performing team
- Maintain a strong presence in the field for coaching
- Coordinate and optimize pull through efforts with health system directors
- Build understanding of NICU workflows and hospital decision-making
- Establish clear goals and review team performance
- Collaborate with internal partners on hospital partnerships and clinical education
- Monitor regional performance metrics and manage budget
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in sales and leadership roles within diagnostics, genomics, or NICU
- Proven success selling into NICU environments
- Deep understanding of complex sales cycles, contracting, and reimbursement in the hospital space
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing field teams
- Excellent communication, coaching, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Willingness to travel 40–60%
