Responsibilities

  • Conduct follow-up on leads
  • Facilitate calls with decision-makers
  • Capture clients' requirements and business goals
  • Present Kanopi's solutions
  • Maintain documentation in Teamwork
  • Track outcomes in HubSpot
  • Develop business relationships
  • Collaborate on sales tactics and presentations
  • Lead client presentations
  • Meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Facilitate development of service agreements
  • Ensure documentation standards are met

Required Skills

  • Agency experience with business cultivation
  • Experience in website, SaaS, or technology space
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Experience in detail-oriented sales environments
  • Ability to manage multiple leads and projects

Preferred Skills

  • 3+ years of Drupal & WordPress website sales experience
  • Experience with HubSpot
  • Experience with Teamwork
  • B2B sales at a digital agency
