Responsibilities
- Intake and assess client needs
- Qualify new leads and manage the sales process
- Conduct follow-ups on active leads
- Facilitate calls with decision-makers
- Capture clients' essential requirements
- Present Kanopi's solutions to potential clients
- Maintain documentation within Teamwork
- Track deal outcomes in HubSpot
- Develop new client relationships
- Collaborate on sales tactics and presentations
- Lead presentations to clients
- Meet or exceed revenue targets
- Facilitate service agreement development
Required Skills
- Proven agency experience in website, SaaS, or technology space
- Documenting client requirements and follow-through
- Presentation experience
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and consistently
- Detail-oriented sales environment experience
Preferred Skills
- 3+ years of Drupal & WordPress website sales experience
- Experience as a website sales representative or business development representative with B2B sales at a digital agency
- Familiarity with HubSpot and TeamWork
