Responsibilities

  • Intake and assess client needs
  • Qualify new leads and manage the sales process
  • Conduct follow-ups on active leads
  • Facilitate calls with decision-makers
  • Capture clients' essential requirements
  • Present Kanopi's solutions to potential clients
  • Maintain documentation within Teamwork
  • Track deal outcomes in HubSpot
  • Develop new client relationships
  • Collaborate on sales tactics and presentations
  • Lead presentations to clients
  • Meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Facilitate service agreement development

Required Skills

  • Proven agency experience in website, SaaS, or technology space
  • Documenting client requirements and follow-through
  • Presentation experience
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and consistently
  • Detail-oriented sales environment experience

Preferred Skills

  • 3+ years of Drupal & WordPress website sales experience
  • Experience as a website sales representative or business development representative with B2B sales at a digital agency
  • Familiarity with HubSpot and TeamWork
