Responsibilities

  • Intake and assess client needs

  • Conduct follow-up on active leads
  • Facilitate calls with key decision-makers
  • Capture clients' requirements and business goals
  • Present solutions to clients
  • Maintain documentation within Teamwork
  • Track outcomes in HubSpot
  • Create new relationships with clients
  • Collaborate on sales tactics and presentations
  • Lead presentations to clients
  • Meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Facilitate service agreements development
  • Ensure project information handoffs meet internal standards

Required Skills

  • Proven agency experience cultivating business in website, SaaS, or technology space
  • Detail-oriented sales environments experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work collaboratively

Preferred Skills

  • 3+ years of Drupal & WordPress website sales experience
  • Experience with HubSpot and TeamWork
  • B2B sales at a digital agency experience
