Responsibilities
- Intake and assess client needs
- Qualify new leads and set opportunities
- Conduct follow-up on active leads
- Facilitate calls with key decision-makers
- Accurately capture client requirements and goals
- Present Kanopi's solutions to potential clients
- Maintain documentation in Teamwork
- Track deal outcomes in HubSpot
- Build business development relationships
- Collaborate on sales tactics and presentations
- Lead client presentations autonomously
- Meet or exceed revenue targets
- Participate in the development of sales documents
- Facilitate development of service agreements
Required Skills
- Proven agency experience in business cultivation
- Experience in website, SaaS, or technology space
- Detail-oriented sales environment experience
- Flawless documentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple leads and projects
Preferred Skills
- 3+ years of Drupal & WordPress website sales experience
- Experience with HubSpot and TeamWork
- B2B sales experience at a digital agency
