Responsibilities

  • Intake and assess client needs
  • Qualify new leads and set opportunities
  • Conduct follow-up on active leads
  • Facilitate calls with key decision-makers
  • Accurately capture client requirements and goals
  • Present Kanopi's solutions to potential clients
  • Maintain documentation in Teamwork
  • Track deal outcomes in HubSpot
  • Build business development relationships
  • Collaborate on sales tactics and presentations
  • Lead client presentations autonomously
  • Meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Participate in the development of sales documents
  • Facilitate development of service agreements

Required Skills

  • Proven agency experience in business cultivation
  • Experience in website, SaaS, or technology space
  • Detail-oriented sales environment experience
  • Flawless documentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple leads and projects

Preferred Skills

  • 3+ years of Drupal & WordPress website sales experience
  • Experience with HubSpot and TeamWork
  • B2B sales experience at a digital agency
