Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to define roles and interview processes
  • Recruit, interview, and facilitate selection of qualified candidates
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Administer benefits, leave, and performance management programs
  • Track compliance with employment laws
  • Support compensation reviews and recommend pay adjustments
  • Serve as first point of contact for team member questions
  • Support career pathing and performance improvement discussions
  • Assist with investigations and employee relations matters
  • Identify process gaps and recommend best practices
  • Stay current on employment regulations and People Ops technology

Mandatory Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in HR Generalist or People Operations
  • Working knowledge of multi-state employment law
  • Experience in recruiting, interviewing, onboarding and employee relations
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace

Preferred Requirements

  • Familiarity with ATS (Greenhouse)
  • Familiarity with HCM (Paycom) systems
  • Preference for candidates in Central or Mountain time zones
