Responsibilities

  • Intake and assess client needs
  • Qualify new leads
  • Conduct follow-up on leads
  • Facilitate calls with key decision-makers
  • Capture clients' requirements and business goals
  • Present solutions to potential clients
  • Maintain documentation within Teamwork
  • Track outcomes and results in HubSpot
  • Develop business relationships with clients
  • Collaborate with sales team on tactics and presentations
  • Lead presentations to clients
  • Meet revenue targets
  • Facilitate service agreements development
  • Ensure project information handoffs are clear and accurate

Required Skills

  • Proven agency experience in business cultivation
  • Client acquisition and growth in website, SaaS, or technology space
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work collaboratively and consistently
  • Detail-oriented sales experience

Preferred Skills

  • 3+ years of Drupal & WordPress website sales experience
  • Experience as a website sales representative or business development representative
  • Experience with HubSpot and Teamwork
